Which course to choose?
All of our courses focus on personal growth and team development. You already have creativity and confidence inside you, we’ll just give you the keys to access it fully.
In a pressure-free, playful space you learn to:
- trust your voice,
- improve responses to change,
- cope with uncertainty
- connect with others more naturally,
- feel more free!
Even though this is theatre, there is no need to “perform”. Our goal is to improve and have fun while doing it.
The very first session is even FREE (eligible in the first two weeks of the course and only with prior registration).
We offer two types of courses: BEGINNER courses and INTERMEDIATE courses. Choose yours below.
Want to bring this to your office? Look no further, as we also offer BUSINESS courses.

The “INTRO” course is for first-timers, shy folks, and curious beginners who want to loosen up and have more fun being themselves.
This is where it all begins. A gentle, playful space to explore how to be present, spontaneous, and socially free.
You’ll learn through improv games, group exercises, and light scene work that gets you out of your head and into connection: with others and yourself.
No experience needed. Laugh a lot, grow a lot. Free first session!
I KNOW some IMPRO

- 7 weeks (Sept-Nov)
- Location: 101 in 107, Reykjavík
- Max. 15 participants
- 55,900 ISK
- Unions refund up to 90%
- Your first session is FREE!
The “I KNOW” course is for those with at least one completed improv course under their belt, ready to deepen the craft.
This one is all about expanding your range. We dive deeper into storytelling, character building, movement-based expression, and longer scenes.
We’ll explore what it means to communicate in silence and even “know the rules like a beginner, break them like a pro”. You’ll even have the opportunity to perform in a show towards the end of the course, but only if you want to!
If the beginner class lit the spark, this one pours gasoline on it. Try it for free!
In the “I KNOW” intermediate course, we build upon our previously acquired foundations. The requirement for joining is a least one completed course of impro theatre (at any school).
We refresh what we explored in past impro classes and add the layers of character development, storytelling, and scene building. A big part of the course is weaving these principles into longer scenes. We will focus a lot on movement and using the body to speak instead of words.
We also question the rules we learned and reframe our beliefs.
This happens in a safe space where we feel comfortable to experiment and play.
