Teja is an incredible instructor: present, thoughtful, well-prepared, supportive, empathetic, kind, and extremely skilled. Classes are fun and well crafted. It’s more than just impro games — it’s lessons in living an open and full life.

The improv taught me a lot about connection with a group of people. It builds courage, self esteem, teaches to act quick, reduces decision anxiety, helps make stronger bonds with a group of people, and many other amazing things. I'd love to have it at work, everyone would benefit from it.

Improving Playfully beginners course was amaizingly built up. We started from the very basics, like how to pay attention to our environment and the others in the room. How to give and take place and shining by make others shine. Teja provided us a safe place where we supported each other and become brave enough to play and act with our bodies and voices. By the end of the course, every excercise made sense and I was amaized how the small skills we worked on helped us to play longer impro scenes. These skills like paying attension, reacting quicly without fear, saying "yes" to the provided situatins, staying in the present are preatty useful not only on the stage but in out every-day life as well. With the help of the games and excercices, we became an amaizing team from a group of random people from the street.

I had a really great experience in Teja's impro classes. I haven't done anything like this before, so I was a bit apprehensive going in, but Teja was able to make a safe space. Her teaching style is thoughtful and lessons were well prepared and structured. Thank you for the lessons Teja!

Teja's impro classes were very playful and structured at the same time and as a teacher Teja is very gentle and good at sensing where each student is at and how far she can push them.

Improving Playfully course was very important for me as part of my self- development journey. I feel like I discovered completely new side of myself. Trying on different roles made me expand my perspective. I see myself being more clear in communication and hold myself more confident and in control when things get stirred around me. It also influenced my decision making process as I become more focused. Teaching methods were well adjusted to people and it felt very safe and comfortable and obviously filled with joy. If I could I would just attend this kind of sessions every week at my workplace. It really helped building up trust between participants and strengthen the relationships.

I really enjoyed the improv class! This class wasn't just about learning improv, it created a sense of community and left me feeling energized and ready to learn more!
