This workshop dives into two-person scenes built on listening, openness, patience, and shared discovery. Learn to respond truthfully, create rich relationships, and experience the beauty of comedy that grows from authenticity.
It’s deep. It’s funny. It’s the Chicago way.
With attending this workshop, you will have the chance to perform with the workshop group on November 2nd.

If you take care of the “now,” the future of the scene takes care of itself.
In this session, Jonathan shares an intuitive scenic process inspired by his mentor Martin DeMatt, focusing on deep listening and full presence. You’ll practice how to let go of planning and instead trust the moment, discovering that the best scenes emerge when we invest completely in now.
