Here is all the information you need to make sure that this is an eligible service that develops real workplace skills.
Core competences
We have put together a core curriculum used across our programmes. It spans over 7 weeks and covers the top three skill sets important at work: Communication, Adaptability, and Collaboration.
Based on the individuals in our groups, we adapt the exercises to their specific field as well as skill level and needs.
Some examples:
- If somebody works in education, we adapt the exercises to show how they apply in the classroom.
- If somebody works with clients, we dive deeper into client interactions and choose examples relevant to their field of work.
- If somebody works in sales, we specifically work on presentation skills and effective communication.
All of our sessions include debriefing for all individuals as well as the entire group.
Week 1: Trust-building and Assessment of individual Communication, Adaptability, and Collaboration skills through specialized exercises.
Week 2: Focus on skill set 1: Communication – active listening, clear delivery, focused attention.
Week 3: Focus on skill set 1: Communication – body language, tone of voice.
Week 4: Focus on skill set 2: Adaptability – thinking on your feet, responding to the unexpected, and staying present when situations shift.
Week 5: Focus on skill set 2: Adaptability – flexibility in roles and perspectives, letting go of fixed ideas and adjusting to what the situation needs.
Week 6: Focus on skill set 3: Collaboration – building trust within a group, reading the room, and supporting others toward a shared goal.
Week 7: Focus on skill set 3: Collaboration – co-creating in real time, navigating group dynamics, and leaving space for others to contribute.
Specialized workshops
We also offer specialized workshops and courses with a range of topics:
- facilitating meaningful meetings
- elevated presentation skills
- compelling storytelling
- understanding group dynamics
- creative problem-solving
- building psychological safety
- spontaneity and creative confidence
- navigating job interviews
These can be chosen by a group of individuals who all want to work on a specific competence or by a company/team that sees the need to develop together.
All of our workshops can be adapted for one-on-one work as well.
