This 2.5-hour Improving Playfully workshop is made exclusively for people working in Human Resources.

We’ll explore Communication and Creativity: the top two skills YOU voted as most important and most in need of development within your teams!

You’ll experience the work first-hand.

No lectures, no slides. Just serious play that transforms how teams connect, collaborate, and create.

We’re inviting HR professionals from different Icelandic companies and you’re welcome to come either as an individual or as a group.

The facilitators

This time, you have the exclusive chance to work with two facilitators from the global Applied Improvisation Network.

Teja Goli (Iceland) and Jonathan Pitts (Chicago) are joining forces exclusively for you and with a combined 40+ years of experience facilitating teams, you’re in for a treat.

Jonathan is a unique specialist in applied improvisation and facilitation, working even with big-name companies like NBC/Universal Studios in Singapore.
