Here you can apply to the BEGINNER’S COURSE. Please note that your first session is completely FREE and NON-BINDING. You are welcome to come and try it out to see if it is something for you.

If you decide to commit to the course, we can discuss payment options. We want to make this course accessible to as many as possible. Note that unions refund up to 90% of the course value. The minimum age requirement is 18 years.

Beginning: Thursday, September 18th 2025, at 18:00 at 107 Reykjavík (Vesturbær).

You will receive the exact location after registration!

Registration closes on September 18th at 15:00 (or when all spots are taken).

Please contact us via e-mail if you cannot make it to the first session but would still like to try it out. This is an introductory 3-hour workshop (18:00-21:00).

Course timings: 7 weeks (September-November)

Session length: 2,5 hours (18:15-20:45), the introductory session is 3 hours.

It is possible to make up for missed sessions by switching between groups.
